This is a fantastically unique piece of headgear, a WWII Officers visor cap with a theater made wicker crown & body, with an OD Green hat band on top of the wicker. This is one of the most interesting visors we have ever seen. There is a name stamped onto the sweatband multiple times with a small name card that corresponds, reading CAPT. R. A. FLOYD.
