Nothing but positive vibes from this centre! I meticulously followed Dr Alok's recommendation of diet, yoga, and exercise. As per my blood sugar level, other doctors were suggesting to put me on insulin, but Dr Alok improved my situation with only oral medicines. Now my HBa1C is 6.5 so I am back to a pre-diabetes state!
