1960s Vogue Paris Original Jean Patou Pattern for Dress & Jacket Size:Small Marked as a vintage size1964 Vogue Paris Original pattern 1432 by Jean Patou for a one piece dress and jacket. This pattern is for a size 10 but that is a vintage size so I have included the back of the pattern for size reference. Pattern is cut but complete! Vogue label is attached.
