Original U.S. Navy USN 1950s Gentex H-4 Flight Helmet with Boom Mic and Oxygen Mask One-of-a-Kind It was upgraded to aOriginal Items: Only One Available. This is a 1956 1964 USN size large Gentex H 4 helmet fitted with a boom microphone. It is paired with an A 13A Oxygen Mask and securing harness. The Helmet has been camouflage painted green most likely by the original owner, likely to conceal the bright gold finish these helmets are painted with in an effort to conceal himself in the event of being shot down. Helmet features the original USN USMC Aviator. Suspension
