The grapes are grown on sandy, granitic soils, harvested delicately by hand, and fermented in neutral stainless steel vats at very low temperatures for a delicate extraction. It is bursting with fresh peachy fruit and comfortable acidity, and will be a perfect summer grilling wine. Set up some shrimp skewers and a summer tomato salad and live it up!
