Each Bobby Helmet comes complete with liner, chinstrap, and while it has been issued, is in excellent collectible condition. The helmet silhouette often referred to as a comb top and bears the Derbyshire Coat of Arms in the center of the silver helmet plate. Now withdrawn from government sale, for security reasons, these Bobby
