Unsigned but clearly of Italian style manufacture, this Flintlock Pistol dates from 1785 1800 and is typical of the type found all around the Mediterranean Sea. Nice walnut wood stock with all brass mounts, including long eared butt cap, side plate, trigger guard and ramrod pipes. It is 18 inches in overall length,and has an unadorned brass escutcheon plate. The 11" steel barrel bears small line engravings and brass
